A free two-day food festival across Bury St Edmunds town centre over the August bank holiday, with cookery demos and a farmers' market.

Run by the town's Business Improvement District, the festival fills Cornhill, the Buttermarket, Angel Hill and Charter Square at the arc shopping centre, 10am-5pm. The 2026 edition, over the August bank holiday Sunday and Monday, had food and drink stalls representing 16 countries alongside Suffolk producers.

Local restaurants and chefs give demonstrations at the Chefs on Stage cookery theatre, a traditional farmers' market runs on Angel Hill, and there are free children's activities, balloon modelling and magic, plus pay-per-ride fairground rides.
