A May weekend in Cromer celebrating the town's crab and lobster catch with stalls, cookery demonstrations and entertainment.

Cromer's festival centres on Evington Lawns, where the main weekend brings food stalls, cookery demonstrations and entertainment celebrating the crab and lobster landed by the town's fishing boats. Fishing exhibitions are held at the town museum, and cafés across Cromer join in.

The festival is run by a local committee and supports local charities: an art trail of decorated surfboards runs through the summer and is auctioned on the pier forecourt on the last Sunday in August (the 2026 auction raised £9,837), and the committee then offers grants to local good causes.
