About us
A diary for people who travel for food
Food Feastivals is a month-by-month diary of the UK’s food festivals — from harbour seafood weekends and chilli fiestas to big indoor food shows and Christmas food fairs — with space for visitors to say what they were really like.
Food Feastivals is an independent diary, not connected with any festival we list. Dates can change — always check with the organiser before you travel.
What’s listed
The diary lists 199 festivals across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We include festivals where food and drink are the main event: food and drink festivals, food shows, street-food festivals, single-food festivals (cheese, chilli, garlic, seafood, chocolate and more), producers’ festivals and Christmas food fairs. We leave out beer-, wine- or gin-only festivals, general Christmas markets and regular farmers’ markets.
Each touring series — such as a festival that visits several towns each year — has a separate page for each stop, because every town is a different day out.
How we check dates
- Every listing is checked against the festival’s own website or official announcements, and shows the date we last checked it and our sources.
- When a festival hasn’t announced next year’s dates, we say so and show when it usually happens, rather than guessing.
- Dates change. If you spot something out of date, please tell us — and always check with the organiser before you travel.
Reviews and comments
There are 0 approved reviews and 0 comments so far. Every festival started with none: we have never written, bought or imported a review. Ratings are plain averages of approved reviews and appear once a festival has 3. Read our review and comment policy.
How the site is paid for
Some links — such as the hotel search buttons — are affiliate links, marked “Ad”: if you book through one we may earn a commission. That never affects listings, reviews or ratings. See our affiliate disclosure.
