Affiliate disclosure
How Food Feastivals makes money — and why it never affects listings, reviews or ratings.
Links marked “Ad”
Some links on Food Feastivals are affiliate links, each marked “Ad” right where it appears. If you click one and then book, the company (or an affiliate network working for it) may pay us a commission. You pay the same price as you would going direct.
At the moment the “Stay near …” hotel buttons on festival pages are affiliate links: they search Trip.com for places to stay in the festival town, through the Awin affiliate network.
Links to festivals’ own websites, to our sources and to official information are ordinary links and earn us nothing.
What commission never changes
- Which festivals we list, and what we say about them.
- Whether a review or comment is published, rejected or removed.
- Any rating, or the order of festivals in the diary, search results or the best-rated list.
No festival can pay to be listed, reviewed, ranked or removed. See our review and comment policy.
Counting clicks
Every outbound link goes through an address on our own site (/go/…/) so that we can count how many people use each link and swap in a different address without changing our pages. We count clicks only — no personal data, no cookies. See our privacy notice.
