A ten-day festival of Dales cheese, with tastings, special menus, demonstrations and farm visits at businesses across the National Park.
Rather than a single site, this festival is spread across the Yorkshire Dales National Park for ten days in October. Cafés, pubs, shops and producers put on cheese-themed menus, tastings, demonstrations, pop-ups and workshops.
There are also guided walks with cheesemakers and farm visits. The National Park Authority publishes a 'Taste of the Dales' map of taking part businesses, so visitors can plan their own cheese trail.
