A chicken-wing festival with live music and competitions at Forge, part of the touring Wing Fest series.

Wing Fest is a touring chicken-wing festival, and the Sheffield event brings street food traders, restaurants and barbecue teams to Forge to compete for votes in the official UK Chicken Wing Awards.

Tickets include live bands and DJs, eating competitions, fairground rides, games and axe throwing, with bars throughout; wings are bought on site from the traders. Friday and evening sessions are for over-18s, while daytime sessions suit families.

The 2025 Sheffield event ran in October (17-19 Oct 2025); in 2026 it moved to mid-August.
