A council-run spring food and drink weekend at Scarborough's Open Air Theatre, first held in 2025.

North Yorkshire Council stages this spring festival at Scarborough's Open Air Theatre. Its second edition, in April 2026, had more than 60 food and drink stalls, with international dishes, local produce, and craft ciders and spirits.

A tipi bar and fairground rides give it a family day-out feel.
