A spring weekend of Cornish food, chef demos and music around Porthleven harbour, free to attend by day.

Porthleven Food Festival fills the harbour of this small Cornish fishing town for a weekend each spring. It is produced by Mission Code, the Falmouth events company behind several Cornish food festivals, with local chef Jude Kereama as chef patron.

By day there is a Chef's Theatre on the Harbour Head, craft and produce markets, independent food traders, bars, children's entertainment and music on the Shipyard Stage. Masterclasses at the Chef's Table venue and supper clubs in the Shipyard Market building are ticketed, as are the evening music sessions on the Harbour Head.

Parking in the town is restricted. From 2026 visitors are directed to a free car park at Flambards near Helston, served by a park-and-ride bus. The organisers suggest leaving dogs at home; they are not allowed in marquees, except assistance dogs.
