A late-August weekend of Hereford's independent street food traders, fire-stage chefs, a makers' market and live music at The Yard.
Hereford's independent food festival takes over The Yard for a weekend in late August, with more than 25 of the city's food traders and producers - from bao, pizza and fresh pasta to tacos, Japanese food and jerk - plus guest chefs giving demonstrations on a fire stage.
Mornings are aimed at families, with sing-alongs, dance sessions, face painting and crafts. A makers' market run with Carnival Arts brings parades and performances, and live music runs from 1pm until midnight, with headline DJ sets in the evenings. 2026 marked the festival's tenth anniversary.
