A free three-day October festival of Devon produce, chefs and drinks events around Dartmouth's waterfront.

Dartmouth Food Festival has celebrated food and drink from Devon's coast and countryside since 2003. It is a community festival run by volunteers through Dartmouth Food Festival Ltd.

The festival is free to enter. Stalls open from 10am on South Embankment, in Royal Avenue Gardens and along the Boat Float, and at the weekend small producers join an artisan market in the Old Market Square. There are free-to-watch chef demonstrations, children's activities and a programme of pre-booked workshops, drinks seminars and tastings. An opening night party is held in the Market Square on the Wednesday before.

Parking in town is very limited during the festival, so the organisers recommend the park-and-ride at the top of the town. Dogs are welcome around Dartmouth but not in some indoor venues or the workshop tent.
