A three-day June festival in Montpellier Gardens with chef demos, free wine talks, cheese masterclasses and a barbecue stage.

Cheltenham Food and Drink Festival takes over Montpellier Gardens for three days each June. It is run by Garden Events Ltd, and the organisers say it has featured leading chefs and wine experts, as well as local Cotswold chefs, over the past 19 years.

The admission ticket includes free talks and tastings in the Chefs Kitchen and wine and spirit area, a Hayles BBQ stage, a Kadai firebowl stage, live music, street theatre and children's entertainment. Cheese and wine masterclasses are booked separately. There is a wide choice of street food and drink, and you cannot bring your own food.

Children under 15 go free with a paying adult, and carers of disabled visitors get in free. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is no on-site parking; Cheltenham Spa station is a short bus ride away.
