A free one-day harbourside celebration of north-east seafood at Peterhead, with cooking demos, a seafood village and boat tours.
SeaFest takes over the quayside at Peterhead Harbour for a day of seafood. There are live cooking demonstrations from chefs, shelling and filleting displays, tastings, a seafood village, harbour boat tours with the chance to meet skippers, a showcase of the emergency services, and more than 90 local producers, crafters and exhibitors.
It is free and family-friendly, with treasure hunts and a chance to see working trawlers up close. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, including on the shuttle bus.
There is no parking on the quayside. In 2025 the organisers covered parking at several pay-and-display car parks in town, and a free loop bus ran from Peterhead Lido car park. Blue Badge spaces are on Broad Street, beside the entrance.
