The Glasgow edition of Meatopia On-Fire, a live-fire cooking festival where each invited chef cooks a single dish over wood or charcoal.

Meatopia On-Fire is a live-fire food festival, first held in New York and in London since 2013, with a Glasgow edition at SWG3. Invited chefs each cook one dish a day over wood or charcoal only, so every day has its own menu of meat, fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.

The Cutting Room stage runs free demos with tasters, there are several bars, and live bands and DJs play throughout. Tickets cover the whole day rather than set sessions.

The Friday is for over-18s only. Saturday and Sunday are open to families.
