A two-day food and music festival in Donard Park, Newcastle, below the Mourne Mountains.

Eats & Beats, run by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, combines local food with live music in Donard Park at the foot of the Mournes. In 2026 there were more than 24 food vendors and 18 regional food producers, and cookery demonstrations hosted by chef Paul Cunningham with well-known Northern Ireland cooks.

The music runs across two stages and covers country, pop, punk and world music. A daily admission charge applies, with under-5s free and family tickets available.
